I am a therapist working within Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), a psychotraumatologist, and a coach.
In my work, I support people going through crises, depression, emotional overload, relationship difficulties, as well as those affected by violence and prolonged stress. I have experience working with people in crisis and those dealing with the consequences of difficult life experiences.
I also work with parents and teenagers, supporting them through parenting challenges, communication difficulties, and periods of heightened emotional tension.
My approach is attentive, safe, and focused on real change, at a pace suited to the client's needs. I regularly attend supervision and continuously develop my professional competencies.
I conduct my sessions online, making support accessible from anywhere in the world.
I have many years of experience working in a Crisis Intervention Centre, where I supported people facing difficult and sudden life situations.
Crisis intervention is short-term support during moments of intense stress, emotional overload, or a sense of losing control.
The goal is to restore a sense of safety, emotional stability, and to find the first real steps leading to change.
I work within Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), a proven and effective therapeutic approach that focuses on resources, possibilities, and real steps leading to change.
In our work together, we focus on what matters here and now: on your goals, needs, and the direction you want to take. Rather than spending years analysing problems, we look for what already works and what can help you gradually build a more fulfilling life.
"If something works — do more of it.
If something doesn't work — try something different.
If it ain't broke — don't fix it."
SFT assumes that every person has the resources and skills needed to make changes. Sometimes all that's needed is a safe space, support, and the right questions to recognise and use them.
This approach helps you regain a sense of influence, rebuild inner balance, and step by step introduce real changes in your life.
I work within Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), combining it with knowledge of psychotraumatology, coaching, and hypnotherapy. My approach is integrative and holistic, tailored to the individual needs of each person.
Coaching focuses on the present and the future, on where you want to go and how to introduce real changes step by step. It supports goal-setting, building a sense of agency, motivation, and making conscious decisions in personal and professional life.

Hypnotherapy supports the therapeutic process through working with the subconscious. It helps with entrenched patterns, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, and habits. It induces a state of deep relaxation and focus whilst maintaining full awareness and control.
Years of experience in psychotraumatology and crisis intervention allow me to support people who have experienced violence, trauma, or prolonged stress, at a safe pace and with respect for individual readiness.
Every process is unique. I don't use ready-made templates. Together, we find what works best for you.
For over 26 years, I have been working with people in support, therapy, and personal development. This extensive experience has shaped my working style, grounded in attentiveness, safety, and respect for each person's individual story.
